We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

DumbFix products are consumer goods intended for their stated everyday purpose. They are not industrial tools, medical devices, or safety equipment.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Customers outside the USA may be subject to currency conversion fees by their bank or payment provider. DumbFix is not responsible for these charges.
Sales tax or VAT may be applied at checkout depending on your shipping location and applicable law.
Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and authorized third-party processors. We do not store your full payment card details.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund terms are detailed in our Refund Policy. We offer 30-day returns with no questions asked for eligible items.
